Bee Pollen, What is it?
WHAT IS BEE POLLEN?
Bee Pollen is the food of the young honeybees. It is
approximately 40% protein, and is considered one of nature’s most complete
foods. Honeybee pollen contains many known
vitamins, minerals, proteins (amino acids), enzymes and coenzymes, fatty Acids,
and carbohydrates that our bodies need to sustain life, and all in perfect
balance.
Bee pollen can be considered a complete food. The optimum of vigor and resistance to poor
health and disease was obtained by adding twenty percent bee pollen to
food. Bee pollen is rich in rare and
precious nutritive compounds. It works
in a deep and lasting fashion.
Bee pollen contains all the essential components of
life. Bee pollen can correct the
unbalanced nutrition commonly found in the western diet. Bee pollen has at
least “96 active nutrients, including 22 amino acids, 27 mineral salts, 16
vitamins (including B-12), trace elements, fatty acids, hormones and enzymes.”
Bees filter out environmental toxins!!! Honey contains only slight traces of residues
from industrial emissions, car exhaust and agricultural chemicals because bees
act as biological filters. They die if they come in contact with toxins and
thus do not bring pollutants into the hive.
HOW POLLEN WORKS IN YOU
Our bodies were designed by God with immune systems to
fight off the diseases and infections that come our way everyday. A lack of any one nutrient can create serious
